Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove
In 2006 Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove’s population was 1,978, and grew by 5.7% since 2001. There are about 700 single detached houses in the town. The median age is 40.3 years. The median annual income in 2005 was $87,491, which was almost twice as high as the median income for the province as a whole during the same period ($44,136). More than 80% of residents travel to their usual place of work outside of the municipality (Statistics Canada 2006 Census).
