Holyrood
The Town of Holyrood has a growing population of about 2,200. There are over 800 houses in Holyrood, most of which are single detached homes. The median age is 45.7 years. Median annual household income in Holyrood was $ 53,031 in 2005, which was higher than the median for the province as a whole. 66% of Holyrood residents commute to another municipality for work (Holyrood website 2009; Statistics Canada 2006 Census).
